Restaurant d’Theeboom will be closed as from 1st January 2012.

The building that has  housed d’ Theeboom for 25 years is in need of essential renovation,  which includes  extensive  work on the foundations. This means that I have been compelled to close the restaurant.

I’m still contemplating my options about  what I’ll do next, where, and when.
